Our goal is to make life as easy as possible, which is why we include high-speed fiber internet, a gardener, pool cleaning services, and complimentary towels and cleaning before and after your stay. You can even order food from our partner restaurant, or a whole host of the other international restaurants nearby if you feel like taking a break from going to the countless restaurants in the area. Once your food arrives you can sit back and enjoy some new culinary delights whilst listening to some music on our indoor and outdoor sound system.
Rejuvenation
Once it’s time to put your head down for the night you’ll have the choice of 4 ensuite rooms, each with air conditioning for the perfect night’s sleep. The fourth bedroom on the top floor even comes complete with a private roof terrace so you can enjoy spectacular views of the palm trees in Rawai, and the neighboring islands. Perfect for putting your feet up on one of the luxurious outdoor sofas as you sip a drink at sunset.
Fully Equipped
For those of you who love to cook, we’ve purpose-built a western-style kitchen with marble counters, a kitchen island, and a breakfast corner. Inside you’ll find a very large fridge with a freezer, dishwasher, coffeemaker, stove, microwave, toaster, all your dishes and utensils, and a blender. Just what you need to enjoy cooking with some incredible fresh local ingredients.

Perfect Place To Relax
Lots of space, clean, modern, and hard not to enjoy :)
Quiet area so for a family that just wanted to relax, I found this the perfect place. Resting by the pool, with a cool beer or a drink, listening to the outdoor music - what is not to like? The pool is large enough to actually swim in as well. Lots of good places to eat in the surroundings, on all levels. Very friendly owners, who answer all questions we had swiftly. I can only recommend!

Amazing Get Away
Would really like to thank the owners of this amazing house. The pictures do no justice to how nice this house was to stay in. The pool was a delight to come back to every afternoon and hard to leave most mornings. Rooms were spacious and well presented.
Owners were always contactable to help at any time. Would go back tomorrow if I could. I can't recommend this house highly enough. I would recommend this accommodation to my best friend!

We definitely will come back
The house and the garden are both big. The water in the swimming pool is cleaned with salt which makes the bath experience very enjoyable. Swimming pool is big enough to swim. The plot is beautifully surrounded by a lake and some greenery but no mosquitos. There are 4 big bedrooms each with own bathroom with showers (no bathtubs). Rooms are spacious with huge closets equipped with safe boxes. Kitchen is also huge and very well equiped. No photoshop on the pictures of the website. Everything is very clean and well maintained.
The house, is located near Rawai beach, 5 minutes walking distance from a main road where to buy basic groceries, drink a beer and take taxi. To reach the beach car or moto (renting is 6 Euros a day only including helmet!!) is required.
Management is very kind and helpful and come in 10 minutes if anything happened.
We definitely will come back.

A beautiful, sophisticated vacation home
Alone the online service, the pickup from the airport, the warm welcome of the caregiver who is available to help with any questions (within 2 hrs we had our rental car at the front door - great!)(car you need!)the house a splendor, very well maintained, housekeeper, gardener, pool attendant, everything on balance we were allowed to spend a dream vacation in Villa Papaya! Weather was very nice! Food we were mainly on the promenade of Rawai, where many locals, very tasty and very cheap! Supermarket there are some in Rawai! Bakery we got us now and then delicious cake or rolls! Everything easy to find! Beaches easy to reach by car! Have also made a day trip by boat from Rawai to Coral Island - gorgeous! Shopping is good in the Festival Center! We will definitely not have been the last time in Villa Papaya!

Fantastic villa near beautiful beaches
We spent a wonderful vacation in Villa Papaya. Everything corresponded exactly to the description and the pictures, just great. We were personally received by the landlord at the airport and after taking over our rental car brought to the villa. The restaurant and shopping recommendations were excellent. We were very often directly at the fish market in simple but excellent seafood restaurants. Also the cuisine of "Mama" just down the street was super delicious. The beaches are easily accessible by car, you just generally need a good set of nerves for the traffic in Thailand. Our children had a lot of fun in the huge pool and often did not want to go to the beach. Food can also be ordered very well directly to the villa, even Züricher Geschnetzeltes is on the menu and was excellent. All in all, a very relaxing and interesting vacation. We can highly recommend the villa!
